After watching most of Season 4 of Vikings, the conclusion of said season has brought new territory: A Michael Hirst show going beyond 4 season (as there will be a season 5), The show after the time jump centering around The Sons of Ragnar Lothbrok (Travis Fimmel), Michael Hirst killing off a character played by one of her daughters, and the death of Ragnar Lothbrok. I read Ben Thompson's books "Guts and Glory:The Vikings" and "Badass:Ultimate Deathmatch" I knew about the fate of Ragnar and King Aelle of Northumbria , the Voyage of Bjorn Ironside, and the Great Heathen Army.  Also I watched the 1969 Movie "Alfred the Great" starring David He

Over the years, I've done the New Year's Resolution which usually fell through (I'm assuming I'm not the only one). So instead of doing resolutions, I'm setting some goals: 1)Resume working out (ie treadmill) in a effort to burn off what I gained over the holidays (and build up stamina for the next goal). 2) Do more scenic photography in places I've never been 3) Gain confidence for me to finally go on the air as an Amateur Radio Operator to get a couple of QSOs (Radio Contacts) 4) Upgrade my Amateur Radio License from Technician to General. 5) Play both my flute and piccolo more often. 6) See my niece and nephew more often.
